Fall, 2007 (SEE LINKS PAGE FOR CALENDAR)

WELCOME TO THE TROOP 1  WEB PAGE. We  started the year by Celebrating the start of our 83rd year of Boy Scouting and over 30 years of Cub Scouting. The Columbus Exchange Club has sponsored us since 1925  and continues today to provide a great chance for use to enjoy scouting.   We started the year with a trip to Chattanooga TN, where we toured caves, battlefields, and the aquarium.  Recent events included A Camping trip at Camp Seminole, and we are planning a work day for one of our Eagles at Plymouth Bluff soon.   We attended Summer Camp starting the 11th of June.  We GAINED IN SCOUTING KNOWLEDGE and passed lots of requirements during the coming fall.

COMING SOON- Council Camporee:  Oct  12,13, 14 at Columbus Air Force Base  Come see us Enjoy the events and demonstrations at the Base..

Thanks to the Columbus Exchange Club "Our Sponsoring Organization" for all their Support for 82 years (1925) in building the Character of Boys in Columbus
Our Goal...Work for Eagle - but...most important is to build character.
